Today I'm sharing my journey with healing my relationship with movement, food and my body - a journey that I'm still on but that I've shared quite a bit of on instagram. I've gotten requests to share it as a podcast episode, so here it is! I fully believe the way we approach our health and the relationship we have with food and our bodies is a huge part of an intentional life.

I talk about:

-Messages the health/ fitness industry sends us

-How eating less isn't really a good long term solution for most people

-Why so many of us dislike exercise and how to get consistent with moving our bodies in a healthy way

-Questions to help evaluate where you are at personally with movement/ food.

I come at this from a non-expert normal-human standpoint, so take my advice and journey with a grain of salt. My hope is that my story will resonate with you and you can learn from some of the things I've learned along the way and begin healing your relationship with food + fitness if it needs to be healed.
